Giano di Scandelara is a Pas Dosé Classic Method Sparkling Wine obtained from white grapes which proves to have a pleasant structure, very fresh with aromas of white fruit and fermentative notes. A classic method that remains on its yeasts for at least 12 months, casual and carefree, it lends itself to cheering up occasions of carefree conviviality.

Levis by Cherubini is a sparkling wine rosè from pure red grapes. Refinement of at least 48 months is followed by disgorging and for refilling I use the same wine. It has a soft pink color, an excellent evolutionary and tertiary note on the nose. On the palate, freshness and balance embrace very well with minerality.
