EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.

Lazaro di Masiero is a macerated white wine made from 100% Garganega grapes. Spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts in ash wood barrels with maceration on the skins for 3 months, and aging in a Carrara marble barrel, followed by bottling without filtration and clarification. A wine with a good structure, slightly tannic, and with a great minerality typical of this very persistent volcanic territory.

Marko Fon's Istrian Malvasia is a dynamic and elegant white wine made from pure Malvasia grapes that come from vines found on the red lands of the Karst. Aging in steel tanks for 12 months. It is not filtered before bottling. the nose is elegant with citrus, honeyed and spicy notes. The sip is enveloping, warm, dynamic, characterized by a beautiful freshness. The finish is long and persistent. A great wine, extremely pleasant and with a good drink.

Belo is a white wine based on a bledn of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon and Ribolla. Refine in steel. It is a drinkable wine, fresh, with fruity and floral aromas, followed by mineral and honeyed scents. The sip is balanced and fresh, with good persistence, supported by a captivating acidity and excellent minerality.
