“Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. Gewurztraminer Maceration has a golden yellow color. Fresh and exotic fruit notes on the nose. On the palate it is warm, with a good structure, soft, with an interesting acid note with a lively finish. The gentle giant of Alsace strikes again with this beautiful macerated Gewurztraminer.
