Rkatsiteli Bakurtsike is a Georgian white wine produced with the grapes of the same name. The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil. Good persistence with a return of the candied fruit.
