It is a drinkable wine, fresh, with fruity and floral aromas, followed by mineral and honeyed scents. The sip is balanced and fresh, with good persistence, supported by a captivating acidity and excellent minerality.

Pinot Grigio from Slavcek is an intense and structured wine macerated on the skins obtained from the grapes of the same name. Aging in barriques for 24 months in contact with the fine lees. Copper-colored, the nose opens on intense hints of ripe yellow pulp fruit, with a nice mineral and herbaceous hint. In the mouth, the sip is large and full-bodied, with a nice acid and sapid vein. Harmonious and persistent finish.

Extreme di Ilenia Spagnoli is a white wine macerated for 15 days on the skins, obtained from white grapes. Grapes that come from old vineyards of about half a century bred in a natural way. Refine a few months in concrete tanks. About 1000 bottles produced every year. A wine with a beautiful coppery color that gives us perfumes of passionflower, hawthorn and peach nut. The sip shows a rocky salinity, a good body and excellent persistence.

The Slatnik is an intense golden yellow color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular peach and apricot, with notes of chocolate and floral scents. On the palate it is ample, opulent, greedy, slightly tannic, elegant and mineral. It closes long on notes of fruit.

Solleone is a wine of character and not trivial that comes from white grapes.Fermentation is spontaneous with long maceration on the skins for about 60 days. Refine in steel tanks on its fine lees for two years. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. The Solleone is golden in color. The impact is explosive on the nose with notes of ripe fruit, orange blossom flowers, honeyed, balsamic and mentholated sensations. On the palate it is warm, fresh, delicately tannic, with a very long closure.

Baccabianca is an elegant and structured wine produced with white grapes. The grapes are harvested in September and in the cellar they are vinified with spontaneous fermentations and with long maceration on the skins that can last up to 90 days. Refine in steel tanks. The Baccabianca is amber in color. The nose refers to herbaceous and hay sensations, honeyed, with hints of hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, tonic, with a marked structure and with a remarkably long finish.

Cuvée Ana has a beautiful orange clamor. The nose has aromas of dried fruit, aromatic plants such as laurel and thyme, spicy notes, iodine, smoke and nuts. In the mouth has a full body and broad, with a strong tannins, fruit of maceration, with a juicy character and balanced acidity.

Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco is a macerated white wine that expresses the magnificent Collio area in a genuine and sincere way. After manual harvesting, fermentation is spontaneous in the cellar with maceration on the skins for 5 days. Aging in steel tanks continues for eight months. It has a golden yellow color. Intense and ample aromas on the nose in which fruity and floral, balsamic and mineral nuances stand out. The sip is warm, pulpy, with good freshness and flavor. Long and refreshing finish.

Ronco Severo's Ribolla is a full-bodied and sapid macerated white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian grape variety. In the show glass of golden yellow color. The Dinavolino by Denavolo is a macerated white wine that presents tannin, flavor and acidity. it has a golden yellow color due to maceration on the skins. Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.

Vitoska by Skerk is a macerated white wine made from Vitovska grapes, a native variety closely linked to the territory and local traditions. Refines one year in barriques before being bottled. A golden yellow wine with a delicate aroma of karst wildflowers and hay. In the mouth it is fine and elegant, moderately alcoholic, with a dry flavor, with an almond aftertaste.

Esencia Rural De Sol at Sol Airen Rancio is an orange wine with an oxidative style, obtained from Airèn grapes. It has an amber yellow color with orange reflections in the glass. Oxidation plays the leading role in the nose, but also notes of dried fruit, aromatic herbs, spices, salty touches and bird's notes play an important role. On the palate it is dry, with an excellent body, with good freshness and salinity, but its incredible persistence remains.
