Pierre Frick's Riesling is a wine made from grapes of the same name from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. The harvest is manual, and after pressing the fermentation takes place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts. No addition of sulfur during winemaking. "Funky" evokes the winery's experimental approach to the winemaking of this ancient Lazio grape variety. Manual harvesting in small crates is followed by vinification using two distinct methods: half the grapes are pressed directly, and the other half macerate on the skins for 24 hours before pressing. The wine matures for eight months in stainless steel. Bottling follows, followed by eight months of bottle aging before release. This experimental wine demonstrates how double vinification and the longevity of the vines can lend structural complexity and territorial depth to this Lazio white wine, both ancient and modern in character.

Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time.
