The Greco di Tufo Miniere is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name from a vineyard located on a clayey-calcareous soil close to the vent holes of the ancient sulfur mines. Aging in steel for 3-4 months and in bottle for 2-3 months. The nose expresses a disproportionate mineral tension and hints of white-fleshed fruit. Roas is a Valpolicella red wine made from the Bure vineyard, one of the region's most suitable areas. The Spumante Bianco Brut Natur is the result of Maurizio and Fabiola's passion for their small house in the mountains at 420 meters in the middle of the Belluno woods, in an atmosphere of nature, biodiversity and transparency.
