A pure Sangiovese from old vines, naturally vinified using spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts, with no added sulfur. It undergoes an 8-day maceration on the skins and is aged first in glass-lined concrete tanks and then in large wooden casks. Fresh, juicy, and dynamic, with aromas of cherry, violet, earth, and aromatic herbs, and fine tannins. An elegant, authentic red wine that is incredibly drinkable.

Ripetente di Collecapretta is a white wine with excellent minerality and good body, obtained from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. Due to a fermentation block in the 2021 vintage, it was produced with the ripasso technique, using the skins of the same type of grape as the 2022 vintage. It refines in steel for a few months.

Janus by Marco Merli is obtained with Sangiovese grapes that grow on clayey-gravelly soils. It ages for six months in French oak barrels and two months in the bottle. It is ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit and light spiciness. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh, lively with good drink.

Le Campette by Raina is a balanced and vibrant red wine made from a blend of Merlot, Sagrantino, Sangiovese. It is presented in a ruby red glass. The nose offers aromas of red fruit, balsamic hints, aromatic herbs and boisey hints. In the mouth it is elegant, enveloping with fine tannins, very persistent and very drinkable.
