The Ruchè by Gatto vinifies in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 4 days. A third of the grapes follow an aging of 6 months in cement tanks. It is a bright ruby-colored wine. Cascina Roccalini's Langhe Nebbiolo is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes. Aging is in concrete tanks for eight months. Before bottling, it does not undergo clarification or fi ltration. The color is bright ruby red. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits, spicy notes and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is elegant, balanced and full, with delicate tannins and a very long finish.

"Rossore" by Cantina Iuli is a fragrant wine of good freshness obtained from red grapes. The Rosso Colli Tortonesi from Oltretorrente is made from a blend of Barbera and Dolcetto, fermented spontaneously and macerated on the skins for approximately 20 days. Barbera “Lia Vi” owes its name to a particular type of bird that nests among these vineyards. Obtained from the homonymous grapes in purity coming from vineyards with an average age of 35. Granato is a red wine made from Teroldego grapes. Aging takes place in wooden barrels for 15 months. It is bottled without filtration and no type of stabilization. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm, balanced and harmonious, savory and fresh, with a long finish on fruity notes.

Sgarzon is a red wine made from Teroldego grapes which ages in amphora for eight months. The intense aromas on the nose are reminiscent of red berry fruit, with spicy and mineral notes.
