Smarazed is a sparkling wine much appreciated for its freshness and flavor, which comes from a blend of Trebbiano Romagnolo and Malvasia di Candia. The Naturale Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a light and very lively wine produced with natural refermentation in the bottle. Deep yellow color, subtle and persistent perlage. Lezer is a classic fresh and carefree "snack wine" obtained from Teroldego grapes and an assembly of 10 vinification tests in amphora, wood, steel and cement. On visual examination it shows a light ruby red tending towards purple. On the nose, fragrant aromas of small red fruits, and floral notes. The sip is slender, greedy, smooth, pleasant freshness.

Bianco Cancelli is a fresh, immediate and pleasant wine produced from white grapes that come from vineyards grown without aid of synthetic chemistry neither on plants nor on earth. Aging in concrete tanks. It has straw yellow with aromas of fruit and fresh flowers. In the mouth it is agile and snappy, dynamic fresh. An easy-to-drink wine.

Alpino by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.

“Uva d'oro” by Mirko Mariotti is a sparkling wine made from Fortana grapes obtained with long re-fermentation in an autoclave. A straight and dynamic wine on the sip, a bubble that envelops the palate, where aromas of small red fruits such as blackberry and strawberry stand out. A finish of good flavor that attracts another taste.

""RBL" dei I Clivi is an atypical sparkling wine. The second fermentation differs from the traditional charmat or classic methods as it takes place in the first fermentation. Towards the end of the fermentation, when the residual sugar is around 25 grams per litre, i.e. a quantity which, when dry, brings the pressure to 6/7 atmospheres, the tank is closed so that the CO2 released by the fermentation of the remaining sugar is trapped in wine. The wine is then left in the same tank to mature on the lees and after two months it is bottled at constant pressure. The sparkling wine made in this way maintains the primary aromas characteristic of the vine, all played on finesse and minerality.

The Ribolla Gialla by I Clivi is a light and elegant Friulian white wine. Fermentation in steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts. Then a rest on the fine lees that goes from six to eight months, and lastly a bottling with light filtration and equally light sulphiting. An aromatically very fine and delicately floral wine that reminds the nose of lemon peel. On the palate it is characterized by a persistent acidity with a salty and savory finish.
