A playful and innovative wine made from red grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 25/30 days in steel. Aging in Austrian oak barrels for four months and another six months in steel. A wine that expresses fruity and floral aromas with a disruptive and drinkable attitude, where the acidity, always present, completes the fruity sensations with a fresh and pleasant freshness.

Mons Roni Cannitum is an orange wine produced from a blend of Verdeca, wild Moscatello, and Malvasia grapes. In appearance, it shows an amber–copper hue, typical of skin-contact vinification. On the nose, it reveals a complex and well-defined aromatic profile, with herbaceous notes, ripe exotic fruit, and citrus nuances, complemented by hints of Mediterranean scrub and spices. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a balanced structure and a fine, delicate texture. The mouthfeel is full and harmonious, offering good volume and breadth, supported by a lively acidity that enhances drinkability. The finish is persistent, with fruity returns. Any sediment present is natural.

The "Litrotto Rosso" together with its brother "Litrotto Bianco" are the simplest and most immediate wines of L'Archetipo. The name is inspired by the particular one liter size. The grapes used are a blend of Montepulciano, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Primitivo and Susamaniello. Refines in the same tanks for a period of 18 months. On the nose it expresses pleasant notes of red fruits, with touches of Mediterranean scrub and savory sensations. At the sip it is inviting, juicy, allowing it to show its fresh and fragrant aromas of wild fruit, wild herbs and Mediterranean scrub with delicate marine echoes in the background. The taste is simple, juicy, with a light body and an extraordinary drink.

"Nino" is a wine obtained from pure red grapes which is aged in first and second passage French oak barriques for 16 months. On the nose elegant aromas of red fruit and flowers, with spicy and mineral notes. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, with well-blended tannins, and nice freshness. Persistent finish on fruity notes.

Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. On the palate it is of medium intensity, soft with nice freshness and good persistence.

Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the result of monthly filling of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. Obtained from spontaneous fermentations, it is neither clarified nor filtered. The nose shows the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry. The sip is very fresh, mineral with an overwhelming drink.

The Ruchè by Gatto vinifies in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 4 days. A third of the grapes follow an aging of 6 months in cement tanks. It is a bright ruby-colored wine. Smarazed is a sparkling wine much appreciated for its freshness and flavor, which comes from a blend of Trebbiano Romagnolo and Malvasia di Candia. Catavela di Denavolo is a simple and highly drinkable macerated white wine, produced from a blend of white grapes. It has a slightly golden yellow color due to maceration on the skins. Pecorino Machaon by Ausonia is a fresh and lively white wine that is made from grapes that come from the oldest vineyards of the company.
