Fermented spontaneously, the frozen must of the same vintage is used for the second fermentation in the bottle. Santyuste Vino de Pueblo is a tasty and lively white wine produced with Verdejo from vineyards between the ages of 140 and 200, which are found in four different sites at an altitude of about 800-850 meters, planted on calcareous and sandy soils. The Blanc De Blancs of Divella is a sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes coming from vineyards at about 400 meters above sea level that rest on calcareous and clayey soils of ancient formation, rich in fossil material that gives minerality to the sparkling wine. Elegant and fragrant wine that is fermented in concrete tanks, barriques and tonneau, and which ages for at least 20 months on the lees, then dégorgement and in the bottle without adding diliqueur d'expedition.

Amuse Rouge is a natural red wine from the Rhône produced by Martin Lapalus from old Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah vines grown organically and biodynamically.
