The Touraine AOC Methode Traditionelle Blanc from Domaine Paget is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. Aged on the lees for at least nine months, it boasts fine bubbles and mineral and floral aromas. On the palate, it is long, balanced, and rounded. Excellent as an aperitif, light first courses, and fusion dishes.

Domaine Breton's Vouvray Dilettante Brut is the vinous equivalent of a pear cider, with tender honeyed notes and a delicate effervescence that keeps the wine bright and smooth at the same time. Blend of different vintages from vines over 40 years old. Manual harvest and selection of grapes that come from vines located on clayey soils in Silex. Spontaneous fermentation of the base wine. The Saumur Brut AOC by Domaine de la Paleine is a sparkling wine (Cremant) obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Grolleau Gris. Refine from 18 months to 36 months depending on the vagaries of the weather. Undosed degorgement, without adding sulfur. A wine of great flavor, fragrant and mineral. It is versatile and ideal to be consumed during informal aperitifs.

Fetembulles is an ancestral Chenin blanc based sparkling wine which is hand-blossomed bottle by bottle. Wine of infinite tension and emotional power.
