On the nose it has aromas of figs, ripe pear, plum, but also reminiscent of walnuts and raisins, a high alcohol content and a generous residual sugar accompany everything. Savagnin "En Chalasse" by Labet is a white wine obtained from the indigenous Savagnin jaune and vert vines, which come from vines planted in 1989 and 2003 which are located on the blue marls of the Lias.
