Champ Divin's Crémant du Jura Brut Zéro is a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin. It is fermented and aged on the lees for at least 16 months. Once disgorged, it is topped up with the same wine. The Pinot Noir of Les Chais du Vieux Bourg is an elegant and fresh wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard called Les Vernois which rests on soils composed of calcareous marl from Lias. It is an old Pinot Noir vineyard over 50 years old, made with vines from a mass selection of the best plants on the estate, selected on the basis of the quality and aromatic intensity of the grapes. Manual harvest and, in the cellar we proceed to the destemming and spontaneous vinification with a maceration on the skins for a couple of weeks. It is then aged in oak barrels for 2 or 3 years and is bottled with the addition of a very low percentage of sulphites.

The "Charmille" by Guillaume Overnoy is a Chardonnay in purity, from a selection of a historical parcel of the domaine. These vineyards have been active for about 4 generations and we can find vines in production from a minimum of 5 years of age up to a maximum of 80 years. After the manual harvest, the must remains for at least 11 months in large barrels, then producing an intense wine with a great personality and capable of expressing more expressive characteristics after a few years of aging.

Guillaume Overnoy's Cremant comes from chardonnay grapes. Aging in contact with the yeasts for at least 30 months. Labet's Pinot Noir Les Varrons s a fine and fruity wine that is aged in used barriques. The grapes come from two vineyards planted in 1900 and in 1920, which are located about 260 meters above sea level, in a terroir that is characterized by the clayey and calcareous subsoil. In the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in barrique. The final refinement phase lasts 12 months, and is entirely carried out in barrique.
