Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.

The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva by Praesidium is a powerful and structured red wine made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, from old naturally grown vines. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and aging for two years in steel, two years in oak barrels and six months in bottle. The Cocciapazza Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from Torre dei Beati and a balanced wine that fully reflects the territory of Loreto Aprutino. It comes from grapes of Montepulciano that come from 40 year old vines located at the foot of the Gran Sasso on clayey-limestone soils. It has a very intense and dense ruby red color, with purple reflections in youth. The characteristic red Montepulciano fruit, particularly broad and mature, is in perfect balance with the rich spiciness of black pepper and licorice, and embellished with typical balsamic notes, of chocolate and tobacco. Excellent structure and volume in the mouth, characterized by well-present tannins, but soft and evolved, of great maturity. Fat and caressing in the finish, with very long persistence in the mouth.
