Rosso di Costadilà is a pleasant and drinkable wine obtained from a blend of Marzemino and Merlot. After the manual harvest of the grapes, the fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel vats with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. Then the aging continues in the same containers on the fine lees. No clarification and filtration before bottling. The nose gives fruity and spicy sensations. In the mouth it is crunchy, with a nice sour shoulder, with a slightly spicy and slightly bitter finish.
Grapes: Blend of local red grapes.
Alcohol content: 10,5%.
Aging: 8 month in steel.

Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is enveloping , dense and complex, with a very long persistence.

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Moropio by Antolini is the king of Valpolicella, produced with grapes harvested in the "Morópio" vineyard, located on the hills of the Marano valley. Obtained with the classic blend of Veronese grapes; Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara. It refines in various types of wood for 24 months followed by refinement in the bottle for 6 to 12 months

Antolini's Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is a red wine scented with red fruits, and which is fresh, savory on the palate, with velvety and enveloping tannins. Obtained from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, Ripasso is a bridge between the young Valpolicella and the "adults" Amarone and Recioto because it is produced by refermenting the vintage wine for 5/7 days on the pomace of the dried Amarone and Recioto grapes . Excellent to taste with first courses with succulent seasonings, red meats and not too mature cheeses.

Sollùchero by Nevio Scala is the most fragrant wine of the company, the result of the dry expression of white and yellow Moscato grapes that come from the vineyard overlooking the old courtyard of the cellar. The wine expresses itself with aromatic hints that mainly recall yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits and white flowers, while the sip shows a sweet, soft and persistent nature on the palate.

The Valpolicella Classico Superiore Persegà by Antolini is a red wine produced from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, which ages in old oak barrels for 12 months. Complex with aromas of small red fruits, among which raspberry, plum, morello cherry stand out, which evolves into spicy, sweet vanilla and intense notes of cloves. Fresh, with good flavor and nice tannin it envelops the palate with softness and warmth.

"El Gat Ros" by Carolina Gatti is a red wine for its lightness and rusticity of drink. Maceration on the skins and fermentation for about ten days with frequent punching down and pumping over; the wine ages in concrete tanks and ages in the bottle for at least three months. Pinot Noir Kalipè by Daniele Piccinin is a juicy and drinkable red wine that sees the light only in the best vintages. The grapes come from the vineyards of Bogonara and Sotto Cavazza where the yields per plant are low. Spontaneous fermentation in open vats for 30 days and aging for 10 months in 20 hl barrels.

Amarone di Aldrighetti is a splendid wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. Aging in oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. Wide on the nose, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is warm, balanced, persistent, soft tannins, with hints of leather, liqueur and notes of withering on the finish is an intense ruby red color.

Brio Pop is a fresh and fruity red wine that ages in steel and has a lively ruby red color. The nose expresses aromas of red pulp fruits and flowers, with spicy and vinous notes. In the mouth it is fresh, dry and savory, with a harmonious and pleasant finish.

The Valpolicella Classico "Saseti" from Monte dall'Ora is a red wine that is made up of the typical Veronese grape variety and aged for 3 months between cement and stainless steel.
