Jalava by Le Temps des Cerises is a light and delicately fruity red wine based on cinsault, obtained with a 10-day carbonic maceration. Ezo di Les Vins du Cabanon is a deep and complex red wine made from Syrah and Merlot grapes that come from 30-40 year old vines grown on granite soils with gravel and shale deposits.
