Rosso Cancelli by Rabasco is a wine characterized by a slender and juicy sip produced with red grapes that come from a 40-year-old vineyard located in the Cancelli district. Aging in steel. An exciting wine that is produced without using chemistry either in the vineyard or in the cellar. Its color is ruby red, with aromas of red fruit in alcohol, in particular morello cherry and plum. In the mouth it is surprising the acidity, the minerality and the long finish rich in red fruit.

Gaggiarone Dintorni is a red wine obtained from pure Croatina grapes that come from old vines that grow on clayey soils with the presence of chalk-tuff. Refine for 2 years in concrete and then in bottle for a year. Before bottling it does not undergo either clarification or filtration. It has a garnet red color, with a large bouquet of red fruit, spicy and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is dry, warm, full-bodied with a long finish on a nice bitter background.

The Barbera d'Asti DOCG by Olek Bondonio is a wine made from grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard. Ferments with the skins for two weeks and refines in large barrels and steel. Tagadà is a rosé wine obtained from a blend of all three grapes. Frederic Cossard's Bedeau is a wine that comes from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from different selected plots where agriculture respects the principles of the company philosophy. The harvest is manual, with meticulous selection of the grapes. The traditional fermentation takes place in wooden vats for 5-6 weeks including the malolactic fermentation, with a subsequent rest on the lees. After maceration, the wine ages in barrique for a maximum of 3 years. The wine is on notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry and strawberry and hints of undergrowth. Good structure and rather juicy on the palate.
