Pantun is a structured, complex red wine that is exceptionally pleasant to drink. It originates from a mosaic of clay-limestone soils and a careful selection of 14 historic biotypes, cultivated using the *alberello* (bush-trained) method with very low yields. Harvested by hand and aged for one year in old barriques followed by five months in the bottle, it strikes a perfect balance between warmth, aromatic richness, and elegance.
