Segreto by Cascina Ebreo is an extraordinary powerful and elegant red wine made from red grapes. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 26-30 months. It is bottled without filtration and remains in the bottle at least two years before being put on the market. The glass has a ruby red color with purple reflections. Monte Caro amarone is an important and structured red wine made exclusively from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. Refine in barrel according to specification. The glass is intense ruby red in color. The nose reveals intense and clear hints of ripe cherry, black cherry, small berries, followed by spicy notes. In the mouth it is dry, soft, enveloping, of good freshness and great balance.

Giovanni Canonica's Barolo Paiagallo is made from Nebbiolo grapes from the hectare and a half of the Paiagallo vineyard located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Refine in concrete and Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hectoliters for at least 2 years. The Paiagallo is pale red with orange shades. Fine and elegant nose of ripe fruit, spicy notes and balsamic accents. In the mouth it is fresh, full, elegant, almost earthy with well integrated tannins. Very long finish. Only 6000 bottles produced.

Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is enveloping , dense and complex, with a very long persistence.

Pinot Noir by Podere della Civettaja is a fine and elegant wine which ages for 12 months in old barriques. The nose has the characteristic note of raspberries and red berried fruits, hints of spices, cinnamon and cloves. Francesco presents us this little gem produced in only 400 bottles, produced with red grapes. The grapes that grow on clayey soils are left to overripe on the plant. Harvested in the first week of September, after destemming the must is slowly fermented in barriques where it is refined for 7 years. The gradual drainage determines a slight oxidation helping to define an intense, territorial wine with an incredible complexity.

On the sip it has a great structure, with excellent freshness and flavor. Dense and soft tannins.

Pignol di Bressan is a powerful red wine made from Pignolo grapes. Very long aging in wooden barrels. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. Amarone di Aldrighetti is a splendid wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. Aging in oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. Wide on the nose, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is warm, balanced, persistent, soft tannins, with hints of leather, liqueur and notes of withering on the finish is an intense ruby red color.
