A splendid Chianti obtained from Sangiovese grapes plus other local vines, such as Colorino del Valdarno, Canaiolo, and Ciliegiolo. The vinification is spontaneous and absolutely traditional, with a fermentation that lasts 8-10 days in steel tanks. It refines in the same tanks and is bottled in the September following the harvest. On the nose the aromas are intense with hints of violets and cherries. On the palate it is warm, dry, fresh, and slightly tannic. It is a "traditional" Chianti to be appreciated in youth, and savored with the cuisine every day

Euphoria Vigna Alta is a red wine produced by Cantina Poggio Cagnano, made exclusively with Sangiovese grapes. The vinification involves a 6-day carbonic maceration, a process that enhances the aromas and freshness of the wine. After maceration, the wine ages in steel and cement for 10 months, a period during which it develops complexity and harmony. Finally, the wine is bottled in August of the year following the harvest, ready to be enjoyed. This wine represents an excellent expression of Sangiovese, with typical characteristics of the territory that reflect the care and passion of the winery.

The "Eretico di San Donatino" wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon which stands out for its complex aromatic profiles. The maceration on the skins, which lasts about two weeks, gives the wine a notable structure and depth, while the refinement lasts approximately 30 months in concrete or steel tanks. The wine has an intense red color and purple hues. On the nose it is characterized by bloody scents, accompanied by notes of black spices and balsamic accents. Podere Concori's Pinot Noir is produced with grapes that come from the Còncori vineyard and the Noceto vineyard, where the soil has a rockier skeleton and a particularly shaly composition.
