"El Gat Ros" by Carolina Gatti is a red wine for its lightness and rusticity of drink. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.

Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.

The Valpolicella Classico Superiore Camporenzo di Monte dall'Ora is a red wine obtained from the classic Veronese vines; Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella from the Camporenzo vineyard located on the hill of San Pietro in Cariano. Aging for 4 months in small second / third passage wooden barrels and further refinement in the bottle before being put on the market. The color is ruby red with intense aromas of ripe fruit and spicy hints. In the mouth it is warm, fresh, with delicate tannins and a long fruity finish.
