The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. Amuse Rouge is a natural red wine from the Rhône produced by Martin Lapalus from old Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah vines grown organically and biodynamically. "Le Pinot" François Dumas is a fruity and vibrant red wine based on Pinot Noir. It is not common to find Pinot Noir vineyards in these latitudes but Francois tried to plant a small vineyard and we must say that the result was amazing. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 4 weeks in open vats, then soft pressing by hand with the old Francois vertical press. Aging for 24 months in old barriques before bottling.

The Côtes du Rhône "Terre d'Aigles" by Domaine Richaud is a very fresh and slender red wine obtained from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Counoise. The grapes come from various vineyards, with an average age of 60 years located near the Aigue river, in the municipality of Cairanne, on sandy and clayey soil. Manual harvest. The Côtes du Rhône "Poignée de raisins" by Domaine Gramenon is a fragrant and fruity red wine made from grenache noir and cinsault grapes.
