Rosso Gazzetta is a wine made from red grapes coming from a plot of thirty-year-old clay soil. The grapes were destemmed, fermented on the skins for a month and the wine rested in wooden vats for nine months. The nose is full of spices and berries and notes of ripe cherry, while on the palate it offers firm tannins and a pleasant herbaceous character. A medium-bodied wine that is appreciated with every sip.

Collepazzo is a Cesanese di Affile in purity, grapes resulting from the blend of different volcanic and sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation without chemical additions and then 10 months of aging in concrete and 6 months in bottle. An artistic and multifaceted wine, in the sense that what might appear low in alcohol and poorly structured, actually has intense fruit and high drinkability but with structure and alcohol present, but absolutely not perceptible. Note of red fruit, wet earth and wild sensations are the masters.

Piana dei Castelli Rosso is a wine made from 100% red grapes. Vinification in cement tanks and is ruby red in color. The nose opens with hints of dark pulp fruit with a nice mineral and vegetable scent. In the mouth it is warm, soft and dry, the savory and fresh texture is an excellent counterweight to the softness components. Persistent finish.
