The Barbera d'Alba DOC by Olek Bondonio is a wine made from grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard. Ferments with the skins for two weeks and refines in large barrels and steel. It is a broad-shouldered barbera, where acidity, tannin and fruit come out strongly. A wine with character, it releases energy but also elegance and cleanliness.

Montepulciano di Bossanova is a red wine made from grapes of the same name that come from 40-year-old vineyards, harvested around the first week of October. In the cellar, part of the grapes are pressed with the feet and put into the barrel with the stalk. Short maceration on the skins and once fermentation has been completed, it ages for about 7 months in cask and 3 in bottle. It is an interpretation of Montepulciano that favors freshness, however sustained by the power of a vine of about 40 years that gives irresistible notes of red fruit, spices and balsamic.

Roero di Valfaccenda is a highly expressive red wine that comes from Nebbiolo vines, coming from the Loreto, Monpellini and Valmaggiore vineyards. The vines, placed at variable altitudes and exposures. the grapes, after the manual harvest, are brought to the cellar, and here they are gently crushed and destemmed, except for a 10% that remains in whole bunches, to then carry out the alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel containers with maceration on the skins After the racking continues the aged for 12 months in wooden barrels. A wine with an intense ruby red color. The nose is fruity and slightly spicy, while the sip is fresh and juicy, with a docile and well-sculpted tannin.

Pinot Noir by Podere della Civettaja is a fine and elegant wine which ages for 12 months in old barriques. The nose has the characteristic note of raspberries and red berried fruits, hints of spices, cinnamon and cloves. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, elegant, with a remarkable balance, with lively acidity and non-angular tannins, long persistence.

The Chianti Classico di Montesecondo is a red wine that comes from a blend of autochthonous grapes such as mainly Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino. Refine in wood and concrete. It has an intense ruby red color and a nose with varietal notes of cherry and flowers, then a delicate spiciness and an overwhelming minerality. The sip is juicy, crunchy, fruity and very fresh, with slightly rough tannins and a long finish.

Lagrein di Muri - Gries is a red wine with character, with feet firmly on the ground but, at the same time, ready to take off. The grapes ripen in the vineyards of the sunny Bolzano basin at 260 m a.s.l., rooted in a soil sandy alluvial facing south. Refine in large 30-50 hl wooden barrels. This Lagrein has an intense purple-red colour; the nose is inviting, broad and complex with notes of violet, chocolate, ripe plum and spices. With an elegant palate, it convinces with its velvety structure, dense tannins and light bitter almond tones.
