The Valpolicella DOC of Il Monte Caro is a red wine obtained from the classic vines of Valpolicella: corvina, corvinone and rondinella. Refine in steel. A wine characterized by hints of cherry and floral. On the palate it is fragrant, balanced, characterized by a good persistence. A Valpolicella respectful of the territory.

Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.

Chatons de Garde by Andrea Calek is a fresh, mineral and deep red wine based on 100% Syrah. Spontaneous fermentation with whole bunch carbonic maceration for approximately three weeks, and aging for 12 months in old wooden barrels. No added sulphites, unfiltered or clarified.

Vin de France "Planquette" is a red wine obtained from the classic Bordeaux blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. Aging in barrique for 12 months. No clarification and only a mild filtration before bottling. The nose recognizes the red pulp fruit, with hints of raspberry, and cherry, enriched by notes of tobacco, leather and mocha. In the mouth it is warm, full-bodied and powerful, with well present tannins and a long and pleasant persistence. <

The Rosso by Ar.Pe.Pe. is a fresh and juicy wine made from Nebbiolo grapes. Refine for several months in wooden and concrete barrels. The nose is fine and fruity and floral aromas can be recognized. Retromarcia is a red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes that come from vineyards consisting of Galestro, limestone and sandstone. Spatburgunder by Wasenhaus, an elegant and deep red wine made from pinot noir grapes that come from Baden.
