Pecoranera is a tannic wine, with good acidity and softness obtained from red grapes. The Pecoranera ages for a few years in barrels of various sizes and then undergoes a very long aging process in the bottle, approximately 8 years. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. It has an intense ruby color. The nose releases aromas of ripe red fruits followed by ethereal and spicy notes. The sip is warm, full-bodied, soft, with good freshness and with velvety tannins. Closes with a good length.

The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva by Praesidium is a powerful and structured red wine made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, from old naturally grown vines. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and aging for two years in steel, two years in oak barrels and six months in bottle. On the palate it is enveloping, warm, with tannins amalgamated in the mass and an excellent persistence. A great Montepulciano from Abruzzo.

The "Stella Retica" Valtellina Superiore Sassella by Ar.Pe.Pe is a red wine produced using Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes, coming from vineyards located on calcareous and pebbly soils. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.
