Supersonique by Thomas Rouanet is a deep and intense red wine produced in the Languedoc region. It is a blend of Carignan, Aramon, and Cinsault, produced from vineyards of at least 70 years, the fermentation takes place spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts. Part of the maceration is carried out with whole bunches while the refinement takes place in oak barrels and lasts about 10 months. A wine that fully reveals all the nuances of the terroir it comes from.

The Terrano di Skerlj is a true traditional wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on the clayey and ferrous soils of the Karst. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out with only indigenous yeasts with a long maceration on the skins that enriches the must with aromas and flavors. Refinement lasts at least two years and takes place in wooden barrels set in the cellar dug into the rock. An earthy, taut and vibrant wine, rich in aromas of red berry fruit, with mineral notes and light notes of sweet spices.

Bourgogne Coulanges la Vineuse Rouge by Vini Viti Vinci is a wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. The reds of this Appellation are characterized by their great softness, finesse. The grapes come from vines grown on limestone and clayey soils. After manual harvesting they are fermented whole with the carbonic maceration technique. Aging in barrique. Tattouine di Matassa is a red wine made from 90% Grenache Gris grapes, and 10% Grenache Noir grapes. The grapes come from century-old vineyards located on rocky soils.
