Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.

The Rosso Versante Nord is a wine obtained from a blend consisting mainly of Nerello Mascalese, and the remainder from Nerello Capuccio, Alicante and Grenache. Refine for two winters in Slavonian oak barrels. It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose aromas of red fruit, including cherry and plum, with mineral and blood notes. In the mouth it is classy, elegant with a beautiful mineral trace, characterized by a subtle tannic texture and a finish of great personality and persistence

Barolo La Foia by Nadia Curto is an intense, structured and full red wine. The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

The Barbaresco of Cascina Roccalini is a full-bodied and very elegant red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes.The color is bright ruby red with a nose that expresses aromas of red fruits, spicy and tertiary aromas.
