“Erbatino” by Gueli It owes its name to the chalky soils rich in minerals, which in the local dialect are called “Erbatino”. Produced with Nero d'Avola grapes, it is vinified in concrete tanks, and refines for at least two years in oak barrels. Gueli's "Calcareus" is a full-bodied red wine made from Nero d'Avola grapes.
