Joseph Chamonard's Morgon is a red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. A carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts follows.
