Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore di Scala is an intense and warm red wine obtained from pure gaglioppo grapes. The grapes come from vines whose average age is around 30 years, which grow at about 200 meters above sea level on a clayey and calcareous soil. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the cellar, and here they are softly pressed, then macerating on the skins for 15 days and fermenting in concrete tanks. In the same tanks the wine rests for 24 months.

Pignol di Bressan is a powerful red wine made from Pignolo grapes. Very long aging in wooden barrels. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose recognizes hints of ripe red fruit, with spicy notes, hummus, mushrooms and undergrowth. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, elegant, with good freshness and softness, integrated tannins. Very long finish

The Langhe Nebbiolo di Mascarello is a red wine made with Nebbiolo grapes, this little Barolo is a champion of style and elegance. Obtained with Dolcetto grapes, the result of a blend of grapes harvested in the Rué and Monrobiolo vineyards. The vinification takes place in concrete tanks and ages for 9 months in large wood. Dolcetto di Mascarello has a ruby red color with elegant aromas reminiscent of red fruit, herbs and spices. On the palate it is robust, warm, enveloping with a long finish. A wine considered minor to which the same attention is paid as Barolo.

Mascarello's Barbera d'Alba is a wine of great personality obtained with grapes that come from the San Lorenzo vineyard. Refines 18 months in large barrels. The nose offers intense ripe fruity aromas, with floral and balsamic notes. On the palate it is rich, greedy, pulpy with barely perceptible tannin and with a fresh acid vein.

Damiano Ciolli's Silene, named after a very common flower from the countryside of Olevano Romano, is obtained from a careful selection of Cesanese from 4 different vineyards, planted at different times. Refine in concrete tanks for about a year. A perfectly successful wine with a brilliant ruby red color with characteristic aromas of black cherries and violets. On the palate it is fresh, agile with a remarkable persistence in spite of the slender structure.
