The Litrozzo Rosso from Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a red wine obtained from a blend of red grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. Litrozzo Rosso is ruby red in color. The nose has an aromatic profile all played on the tones of red fruit. The sip is soft and juicy, with good body and balanced in acidity, and with a good finish. Gianmarco and Clementine bring an extremely pure product to the table, with an overwhelming drink.

Piana dei Castelli Rosso is a wine made from 100% red grapes. Vinification in cement tanks and is ruby red in color. The nose opens with hints of dark pulp fruit with a nice mineral and vegetable scent. Cirsium is a red wine made from Cesanese di Affile grapes that come from a vineyard of about 1 hectare, planted in 1953 and cultivated with sapling. Aging in French oak barrels for about 18 months. After bottling it rests for at least 2 years. It has a ruby red color with garnet hues. The bouquet on the nose is elegant, with hints of cherry, wild berries and tobacco. In the mouth the touch is silky, fine with a long finish.

Damiano Ciolli's Silene, named after a very common flower from the countryside of Olevano Romano, is obtained from a careful selection of Cesanese from 4 different vineyards, planted at different times. Refine in concrete tanks for about a year. A perfectly successful wine with a brilliant ruby red color with characteristic aromas of black cherries and violets. On the palate it is fresh, agile with a remarkable persistence in spite of the slender structure.
