"Le Pinot" François Dumas is a fruity and vibrant red wine based on Pinot Noir. It is not common to find Pinot Noir vineyards in these latitudes but Francois tried to plant a small vineyard and we must say that the result was amazing. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 4 weeks in open vats, then soft pressing by hand with the old Francois vertical press. Aging for 24 months in old barriques before bottling.
