The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. "Le Pinot" François Dumas is a fruity and vibrant red wine based on Pinot Noir. It is not common to find Pinot Noir vineyards in these latitudes but Francois tried to plant a small vineyard and we must say that the result was amazing. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 4 weeks in open vats, then soft pressing by hand with the old Francois vertical press. Aging for 24 months in old barriques before bottling.

Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

Explosive nose, violet, freshly roasted coffee beans, stone. In the mouth the wine develops a powerful structure, blended tannins and good acidity. Harmonious finish on fruity notes. Great drinkability.

Obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling. A wine with aromas of red fruit and tannins present, to be drunk immediately or to be kept in the cellar for a few more years, to taste it in a more advanced version.

Adele is a vibrant white wine made from Clairette grapes that ages in concrete tanks. On the nose a whirlwind of aromas ranging from fruit such as apple and peach, to floral, to notes of chamomile, beeswax and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is round, with a nice touch of acidity and flavor.
