Following a maceration period of approximately 20 days, the wine ages for 18 months in a combination of barrels and tanks, developing a refined, vertical profile of great precision. On the palate, it is juicy, savory, and persistent, with a fine texture that makes it the estate's airiest Pinot Noir and an excellent choice for cellaring.
