The Saumur-Champigny of the Domaine des Roches Neuves is a fresh and elegant red wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes only, the most cultivated red berried grape in the Saumur area where it has perfectly acclimatised thanks to the particularity of the soil and climate. It ages for 4 months in steel and oak vats before being bottled. At sight it is ruby red in color. The nose expresses beautiful notes of blackberry, violet, coffee and leather.
