The Greco di Tufo Miniere is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name from a vineyard located on a clayey-calcareous soil close to the vent holes of the ancient sulfur mines. Aging in steel for 3-4 months and in bottle for 2-3 months. The nose expresses a disproportionate mineral tension and hints of white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth it is vertical, with the freshness and flavor to dictate the speed of drinking, very satisfying, and the alcohol in balance with the acidity. A white of extreme power but not muscular, full expression of the grape.

Iscadoro di Casebianche is a white wine obtained from a blend of Fiano, Trebbiano, Malvasia from a half-hectare vineyard planted in 1998 on a clayey-calcareous soil. Aging on its own yeasts for 70% in steel tanks and 30% in 500l barrels for about eight months. Straw-yellow in color with golden reflections, the nose has hints of citrus and ripe fruit, with smoky and spicy notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is soft and rich in flavor. Long, deep and aromatic complexity finish. A wine of tradition and of the territory, using a blend and a vinification technique used by the farmers of Cilento.

The 4-day maceration on the skins and the spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts make it an authentic and artisan orange wine. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of peach and apricot, once opened you can recognize smoky and hydrocarbon hints. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, with substance, with sapid notes and a good acidic shoulder. Closes long. The farmer's wine as it used to be.

"Paski" by Cantina Giardino is a white wine made from Coda di Volpe grapes that come from 60-year-old sapling-trained vines. After the manual harvest, and a 4-day maceration, the grapes are divided and a part ferments in small chestnut barrels for 2 months, while the remaining part in steel tanks. Once the fermentation period is over, it is assembled and the refinement on the fine lees continues in steel tanks for 12 months. The nose reveals intense and complex aromas, reminiscent of notes of ripe yellow fruit, notes of honey and mineral hints. On the palate it is full-bodied and enveloping, soft, with good acidity and flavor.

On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of broom and white peach, with mineral notes, and of bread crust. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, dynamic and lively, with good freshness and excellent persistence. Wine that encourages drinking.
