A wine that comes from the heart of Hungary, obtained from the homonymous white grape variety originating from Hungary. Vines that grow on a wonderful volcanic soil capable of imparting minerality to wines. Harvest that begins at the beginning of September and takes place in several stages to reach perfect ripeness. After a slow and soft whole cluster pressing, the grapes are transferred to clay amphorae where they ferment and mature for 9 months.
