Les Vins Pirouettes Riesling de David Glou Glou by Domaine Binner is a fresh, savory white wine with good acidity. Fruity but compact, these characteristics enhance the lightness of drinkability.

The Sancerre Blanc Auksinis from Domaine Etienne et Sebastien Riffault is a white wine of great maturity and Mediterranean. Despite its opulence, it remains a tense wine, amidst minerality, matter and typical traits of botrytis.

Alcohol content: 13%.

Aging: 36 months in barrel.

Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit, with notes of resin and balsamic. On the palate it is warm, fresh, powerful and mineral, infinite.

Alcohol content: 14%.

Aging: 12 months in barrel.

Esencia Rural De Sol at Sol Airen Rancio is an orange wine with an oxidative style, obtained from Airèn grapes. It has an amber yellow color with orange reflections in the glass. Oxidation plays the leading role in the nose, but also notes of dried fruit, aromatic herbs, spices, salty touches and bird's notes play an important role. On the palate it is dry, with an excellent body, with good freshness and salinity, but its incredible persistence remains.

Alcohol content: 14.5%.

Aging: 36 months in containers sous voile cement, that is with formation of flor yeasts.

The Arbois Savagnin of Domaine A. & M. Tissot is a white wine produced in full cask, one of the best expressions of this type in the municipality of Arbois. Spicy and with the classic aromas of vinification by controlled oxidation, powerful, mineral and nervous. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks and refinement in 228-liter pièces for 2 and a half years

Aging: In pièces of 228 l full for 2 and a half years.
