Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. Obtained from pure chenin blanc grapes which come from small plots located on soil characterized by clayey sands, rich in quartz. Refines for 12 months in used wooden barrels. Quartz Blanc is a wine that comes from sauvignon blanc grapes that come from a vineyard planted on soils rich in sand and quartz.
