Sottobanco is the new white wine by Andrea Occhpinti. A wine that strikes for its rich and sharp taste with an evident minerality. Vinification with whole cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small concrete barrels, without the use of chemical additives and oenological adjuvants, with the exception of a modest quantity of sulphites in the bottling phase. Refine 6 months in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in the bottle.

Tropicale is a compulsive drinking wine made from white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in fiberglass tanks for 8 months on the fine lees. Tropical gives the nose aromas of fresh fruit, in particular the passion fruit and pineapple. In the mouth it is sapid, with beautiful freshness and fruity hints of pear and lychee return. A wine with great drinking, with a single shrewdness: it ends immediately. Rare wine only 1800 bottles produced.

The Piana dei Castelli Bianco is a wine made from local white grapes that come from vineyards that grow on volcanic soils rich in tuff and iron. It is a straw yellow color. On the nose the olfactory picture is harmonious, with floral aromas, and aromas of ripe fruit. The taste is soft, full bodied, ample, fleshy, with a beautiful structure, dense and fragrant, and a typical nutty flavor in the finish.

Sam Illon is the new Fra I Monti wine, dedicated to Caramo, a boy who has been in the Fra i Monti family for some time now, and against illegal hiring. Produced with local white grapes, it is vinified with a light maceration on the skins. It gives a complex and persistent sip, where notes of exotic fruit and good freshness are balanced in a spicy finish.

The Bianchetto di Le Coste di Gradoli is a wine obtained from a blend of local white grapes that come from the youngest vineyards.Refine for a few months in the same vats on their fine lees. Follia is the result of an idea by Matteo Ceracchi who wanted to create a wine made from white grapes, some of which are harvested late, in the first week of October, when they are overripe and moldy. The grapes are grown on volcanic soil mainly siliceous clay. Winemaking is spontaneous and refined in cement tanks. Follia is a large-bodied white with a golden yellow color. The nose perceives aromas of exotic fruit, honey, and herbaceous notes. On the palate it is round, enveloping, balanced with a nice tension and flavor. A very pleasant wine.

Gazzetta's Bianco Peppino is a wine that comes from a blend of local grapes from old vines. The winemaking takes place with spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for ten days, before aging in glass demijohns for nine months. A wine of beautiful density, which strikes with heady notes of orange, bitter herbs and spices.

Boombox by SETE is a white wine that recalls the taste of bitter orange and the aromas of Mediterranean scrub berries, myrtle and mastic above all.
