EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.

Airén Pampaneo Naturalis a white Spanish wine that comes from white grapes of Airèn, a typical Spanish grape variety, with maceration on the skins for a good 4 months. It has an amber color, given by the long maceration on the skins. On the palate it expresses intense aromas of dehydrated fruit, notes of undergrowth and spice. To the enveloping, energetic, very fresh, mineral sip, with a very long persistence.

"O Pando" by La Perdida is a white wine with character, obtained from 100% Godello grapes which remain in contact with the skins for a week in 400 liter tinajas. The grapes come from very old vines which arise on clayey soil which takes the name of O Pando. Refines with the skins for a further 4 months in 400 liter tinajas, old chestnut and French oak barrels. O Pando is a deep and complex wine with enormous vigor. On the sip the mouth is structured, with excellent acidity and minerality. The finish is long and tasty.

"O Pando Orange" by La Perdida is a macerated white wine with great structure, obtained from 100% Godello grapes which remain in contact with the skins for a few months. Refines with the skins for a further 6 months in 400 liter tinajas.

Albamar by Bodegas Albamar is a white wine produced from Albariño grapes which have their roots in sandy soils of granite origin which make this wine of great flavor and complexity. Conasbrancas by Fedellos do Couto is a wine produced with a prevalence of Doña grapes Blanca, Godello and Golgadeira grown on sandy and granite soils in the coldest area of the Ribeira Sacra. Fermented in whole bunches and 45 days of maceration on the skins. After vinification, it is left to rest for about eight months in oak barrels. A wine with fruity aromas and a fresh, full-bodied and intense sip with a long and mineral finish.

Airene by Vinos Ambizè is a white wine made from the Airén grape. It comes from 40-year-old vines, guaranteeing its richness and complexity of flavor. Once bottled, the wine rests in the cellar for a month.

Salicornio is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the Muscadel variety from Casa Balaguer-Vinessens. Blan 5.7 is a white wine produced with Parellada and Maccabeu grapes by Jordi Llorens in Blancafort, in the Conca de Barberà. Manual harvest, 4 days of maceration, spontaneous fermentation and six months of aging on the lees in large underground amphorae. The nose is very fragrant, with hints of Mediterranean fruit and citrus. On the palate it is very silky, dry, with a good acidity that makes it very refreshing.
