Domaine Jean-Pierre Rietsch's Demoiselle Gewurztraminer is a pleasant and aromatic wine from the French region of Alsace. Aging on fine lees for 8 months in steel. No sulfite added. The Demoiselle Gewurztraminer gives us complex aromas of rose, geranium, lemon and licorice. The sip is lively and has a moderate freshness. Closes long. An Alsatian must.

Ze Chenin by Beret & Compagnie is a white wine resulting from the assembly of chenin from parcels on different terroirs (schist and tuff) in the areas of Argentay and Rochefort-sur-Loire. Cien Culotte by Benoit Delorme represents an atypical Burgundy. It is a full and taut chardonnay, with a straight and immediate sip. Vinification without the use of sulphites with spontaneous fermentation and aging on its lees for 6 months in barrique. Not to be missed, excellent in combination with fish first and second courses, it also goes well with crustaceans and molluscs.

Les Terrasses by Domaine de la Renardiere is a Savgnin-based wine that proves to be remarkably complex, including white flowers, citrus fruits, dried fruit, and light woody notes. On the palate it is surprisingly broad with mineral notes and very ripe yellow fruit.

The "Charmille" by Guillaume Overnoy is a Chardonnay in purity, from a selection of a historical parcel of the domaine. These vineyards have been active for about 4 generations and we can find vines in production from a minimum of 5 years of age up to a maximum of 80 years. After the manual harvest, the must remains for at least 11 months in large barrels, then producing an intense wine with a great personality and capable of expressing more expressive characteristics after a few years of aging.

Domaine Durrman's Zegwur is a counter wine based on Gewurztraminer. Zegwur is an anagram of Gewurz. Yann called it so because it is vinified with an atypical style for this grape in Alsace. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, and elevage in stainless steel tanks for 4 months on its own yeasts. The wine is lightly racked once, the day before bottling.
