Pierre Frick's "Voyages" is a macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Pinot Gris, Sylvaner and Riesling grapes from three different vintages. On the nose it offers a bouquet with intense aromas of candied orange peel, tobacco, vanilla, strawberry jam, gingerbread and cinnamon. On the sip it shows an intense, rich and decisive body. The Riesling by Domaine Durman is a counter wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from old vines located on soils rich in stoneware. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, and elevage in old barrels. The wine comes out in the spring / summer after the harvest to preserve the freshness and fruit. Not clarified, unfiltered and without added sulphites.
