Le Rayon by Thomas Puéchavy is a Chenin Blanc based white wine produced in the Loire Valley. Aging for about 9 months in old oak tonneaux. No filtration or addition of sulfites. The result is a wine with aromas of white flowers and aromatic herbs, very mineral and iodized notes. The mouth follows in the footsteps of the nose, revealing itself as refined, fresh and elegant. The Chardonnay "Lias" is an excellent wine with great personality and persistence coming from the Jura. It refines in barriques on the fine lees for at least two years. The nose reveals citrus, yellow berry fruit and mineral tones. On the palate it is elegant, fresh, balanced, characterized by a long finish.
