Pierre Frick's Pinot Gris Macération Grand Cru Vorbourg is a rich and complex macerated white wine made from Pinot Grigio grapes that come from the famous Vorbourg cru. On the nose complex aromas of melon, apricot, nougat, hazelnut, with toasted notes. On the sip it is full-bodied, enveloping, fresh, with a light soft touch and with a long finish of limestone.

The Alsace blanc "Ramène Tes Copains" by Sylvie Spielmann is a wine from a blend of white grape varieties from Alsace. Vinification in steel with 6 months aging on the fine lees. It is a harmonious, fresh and fruity wine. Pleasant to drink in its one-liter format.

Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu. The grapes, all indigenous to South-West France, come from 2 hectares of vineyards planted in the 1940s. Aging takes place in barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year. It then spends 6 months in steel tanks before being bottled. The nose expresses aromas of custard, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits that prepare a mouth with electrifying acidity.
