"Roditis" is a Greek white wine produced with the autochthonous Roditis grape, with a straw yellow color with golden nuances. On the nose the olfactory profile is reminiscent of ripe yellow pulp fruit, apricot and hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, with an almost oily texture, good freshness and minerality. Excellent when young but beautiful, aged a few years.s.

"Valtolla" by Croci is a fruity and mineral wine made from local white grapes which ages in steel. It gives aromas of ripe fruit, with strong hints of apricot, and a complex and pulpy mouth that does not yield anything in drinkability, but drinkability.

Michele's new wine is dedicated to the Dutch champion, and the label shows the goal he scored against the Soviet Union in the 1988 European Championship final. Lazaro di Masiero is a macerated white wine made from 100% Garganega grapes. Spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts in ash wood barrels with maceration on the skins for 3 months, and aging in a Carrara marble barrel, followed by bottling without filtration and clarification. A wine with a good structure, slightly tannic, and with a great minerality typical of this very persistent volcanic territory.

Indi is a coplex and fascinating orange wine that comes from a blend of Ribolla, Friulano, and Chardonnay, with a small balance of Riesling. It is presented in an orange-yellow glass. The nose offers intense, rich and complex aromas of candied fruit, with hints of ginger. On the palate it is broad, warm and persistent, slightly sapid, slightly tannic, elegant and mineral. It closes very long.

Attention Chenin Méchant by Clos Des Treilles is a white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. It then ages for three months in steel before being bottled. 16 Anime by Vigne dei Boschi is a dry wine made with 100% Riesling. Grapes that come from the Vigna del Pozzo, a 1998 plant, in the high Apennine ridge at 400 meters above sea level, on soils rich in marl and limestone. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days, without temperature control. Aging from 12 to 24 months (depending on the vintage) in concrete tanks, then in the bottle, without filtration.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. "Bye Bye by Petracavallo is a white wine obtained from 100% Fiano Minutolo grapes. Refines for 6 months in steel. A wine with characteristics of freshness that take the form of herbaceous notes and white pulp fruit with a very delicate floral background. On the sip it has the right acidity, notable minerality, all balanced by the roundness of the fruit and the alcoholic component.
