Alexandre Bain, champion of the Pouilly-Fumé area, offers us yet another excellent Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire. Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco is a macerated white wine that expresses the magnificent Collio area in a genuine and sincere way. The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils.
