The Mons Roni Cannitum is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Verdeca, Moscato and Malvasia.It is amber-copper colored. Nebula di Poggio Cagnano is a white wine obtained exclusively from Vermentino grapes. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in cement containers, followed by an aging that saw a part of the wine continue in cement and another part in steel, to then be bottled in May of the following year without filtration, thus maintaining all its organoleptic characteristics. “Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils. It is vinified as if it were a red berry wine fermenting for three weeks in contact with the skins in order to make it acquire the maximum organoleptic characteristics of the grape.
